Manage your subscription
You manage your Charm subscription wherever you first purchased it. Find the section below that matches how you signed up.
You subscribed on iPhone or iPad (Apple)
If you started your subscription in the Charm iOS app, it’s billed by Apple and managed through your Apple Account.

On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings and tap your name at the top.

Tap Subscriptions, then select Charm.

From here you can change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.
You subscribed on Android (Google Play)
If you started your subscription in the Charm Android app, it’s billed by Google and managed through Google Play.

Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.

Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Select Charm, then change your plan or tap Cancel subscription.
You subscribed on the web
If you started your subscription on the Charm web app, it’s billed directly and managed through the link in your receipt.

Check your email inbox for your receipt. It’s sent by Link from notifications@link.com, with the subject “Your Charm Social receipt”.

Open the receipt and tap the Manage subscription button inside it.

From the billing portal you can update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel.
